I am officially a wife, can you believe it? I can't! It just doesn't feel real yet.
At about 12.30pm on Wednesday 1st April, Joe and I were signing the register that declares that we belong to each other as husband and wife. The ceremony was beautiful and totally perfect. I will write a post soon about a few of the details, such as what happened to build up to the big day as well as what to consider when eloping but, for now, I thought a bit of a photo-diary was called for, with just a few notes underneath.
We chose to get married at a fantastic venue called 'Boho Cornwall', who specialise in elopements. The owners of the fabulous property (an Arts and Crafts house, with two apartments attached) Tom and Maya, were simply amazing and made everything so laid back and easy and our photographer, Adam Gibbard, was patient, funny and made us feel a lot more at-ease than we ever anticipated!
I hope you enjoy!

Thank you so much lovely lady! I really love my dress, it was so affordable and so detailed for the money. I kind of wish I had somewhere to hang it at home so I could see it everyday! I can't believe I'm someones wife now...how very grown up! :-) xx
DeleteYou look absolutely lovely. What great photos - it makes me want my wedding to get here as soon as possible! xx
ReplyDeleteThank you for those kind words. I am a ridiculously self-conscious person so was terrified of having wedding pictures taken! Our photographer was so amazing though and half the time he was so far away that it felt non-invasive and natural just to be chatting away to one another. When are you getting married?xx
Deletebeautiful pictures of a lovely couple :)
