FIVE THINGS I AM GRATEFUL FOR THIS WEEK #4

Friday, you have finally arrived. Hoorah! I am not wishing life away, far from it, but it has been a hectic one. I feel like I say that every week, sorry everyone. How have you been? Have you all got nice plans for the weekend? We are basically not having much of a life until we are married now, all in the name of saving money of course. We have two months to go, so weekends are filled with searching for last minute things on line and doing things that cost very little. It is all worth it though!

^^How could I not include my favourite Instagram picture of the week, look at our little bear!^^

Here are the things that have brightened up my week:

1. Nutella on toast. I am being mostly healthy, but after four days of the Insanity workout programme on the trot (huff!), I needed something to satisfy the sugar craving and Nutella just does it for me, hands down!

2. Receiving my very first MAC make up product through the post. I know I am well behind the times but I have just never seen MAC as something I can stretch to. The thing is, I know that when I start buying it I will want more and more, make up is my drug. I need an SPF-free foundation ready for the wedding pictures and thought I would try the face and body foundation as I have heard good things about it. I found myself almost drooling whilst looking on their website though... heaven.

3. Mid-week cards. My lovely friend, L, has been sending me a card a week to work and I cannot tell you what joy that has given me. I stick them all up on my wall in the office and look at them whenever I need a pick-me-up.

4. Crispy jacket potatoes with baked beans and chorizo. This was the perfect post-long-day dinner.

5. Driving home from work yesterday, listening to Ed Sheeran whilst in a bit of a heavy snow storm. Unfortunately, the snow did not settle one little bit, but it was kind of lovely driving through it.

What has been your favourite thing from this week? Have you had any snow where you are?
