Loving, Needing, Meh! #24

This week I have been LOVING:
  • Christmas shopping. I have been like a lunatic online this week, trying to plan and scheme the various Christmas options for certain special people in my life. I have some good things up my festive sleeves! 
  • Advent calendars! Despite the fact that I am approaching 33 years on the planet, I have always had an advent calender. Yep, I know, I know, they are for children! But I am here to tell you something... I don't care!! We have Cadbury ones this year and I love it! (no shame!)
  • Vlogmas on YouTube. If you haven't heard of Vlogmas, don't worry, neither had I! I had to use my friend 'Mr Google'. I hate having to Google things... especially when I am involved with YouTube and should know what it is all about! Anyway, Vlogmas is basically a vlog a day throughout December. Many YouTubers are involved, but I am following my beauty bloggers as they go about their lives - I know it isn't for everyone, but I am nosy! 
  • Small Christmas Trees. Wow, this is so Christmas themed today! I have brought some tiny trees from Waitrose to brighten up the house a bit. They are real but have tiny silver bits on them too and they are just really cute! They come in little pots with festive patterns on too! 
This week I have been NEEDING:
  • More daylight! For various reasons, but mostly because I try to film for my blog and everything looks yellow in the lighting, or it is just too ruddy dark damn it! I don't mind it being winter but I would like to see sun please - especially when I am getting up at 5am.
  • A hair cut. I am starting to resemble a hippy...long flat locks which just need to be adjusted to have a centre parting and I am there. Not a good look.
  • A baby cuddle. My lovely best friend gave birth to a beautiful baby girl a week ago and I cannot wait to cuddle them both. Well done lovely lady xoxo
This weeks 'MEH!':
  • Online ordering. Whilst I mentioned (above) that I have been enjoying ordering online, Boots have given me no end of trouble. So, I changed my address and it all went through, then it tells me it is delivering to an old address. Rather than doing what most good companies do and allow you to change your details, you have to call up and intercept the courier to send it back to base and re-order. Bad enough, given it was their error, not mine, however it did not end there, oh no! When I call to intercept I am informed that they '...cannot do this on this occasion' as my parcel is with Royal Mail and not their other courier. Several arguments and calls later I get a refund. The parcel still went to the old address - what a frigging stupid way of doing things! RARRRR!! (That's better!)
